Scheduling Posts

Masoko makes it easy to plan your social media content in advance. Schedule posts for optimal times and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Creating a Scheduled Post

  1. Click New Post in the navigation
  2. Select the social accounts you want to post to
  3. Write your content
  4. Add images, videos, or other media
  5. Click Schedule and choose your date and time
  6. Confirm your scheduled post

You can schedule the same post to multiple platforms at once. Masoko will automatically adapt the content to each platform's requirements.

The Calendar View

The calendar provides a visual overview of all your scheduled content:

  • Day view - See all posts for a specific day
  • Week view - Get a weekly overview of your content
  • Month view - Plan your content strategy at a glance

Drag and Drop

Easily reschedule posts by dragging them to a new date or time in the calendar view.

Color Coding

Posts are color-coded by platform for easy identification:

  • Blue - Facebook
  • Pink - Instagram
  • Black - X (Twitter)
  • Blue - LinkedIn

Optimal Posting Times

Pro Feature

Optimal posting times are available on Pro and Business plans.

Masoko can suggest the best times to post based on:

  • Your audience's activity patterns
  • Historical engagement data
  • Platform-specific best practices

To use optimal posting times:

  1. Create a new post
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Select Optimal Time
  4. Choose from suggested time slots

Managing Scheduled Posts

Editing a Scheduled Post

  1. Find the post in your calendar or post list
  2. Click on the post to open it
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save Changes

Cancelling a Scheduled Post

  1. Find the post in your calendar
  2. Click on the post
  3. Click Delete or Cancel
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Posting Immediately

If you want to publish a scheduled post right away:

  1. Open the scheduled post
  2. Click Post Now
  3. The post will be published immediately

Content Queue

The content queue lets you add posts without specifying exact times. Masoko will automatically post them at optimal intervals.

  1. Go to Queue in the navigation
  2. Add posts to your queue
  3. Set your preferred posting schedule (e.g., 3 posts per day)
  4. Masoko handles the timing

Draft Posts

Not ready to schedule yet? Save your work as a draft:

  1. Create your post
  2. Click Save as Draft instead of scheduling
  3. Find your drafts in the Drafts section
  4. Edit and schedule when ready

Bulk Scheduling

Business Feature

Bulk scheduling is available on the Business plan.

Schedule multiple posts at once:

  1. Go to PostsBulk Upload
  2. Upload a CSV file with your content
  3. Review and confirm the posts
  4. All posts are scheduled at once

Tips for Effective Scheduling

  1. Be consistent - Regular posting helps grow your audience
  2. Plan ahead - Schedule content at least a week in advance
  3. Mix content types - Alternate between images, videos, and text posts
  4. Consider time zones - Schedule for when your audience is most active
  5. Leave room for timely content - Don't over-schedule; leave space for spontaneous posts
