Analyzing Post Performance
For each post, you can see:

| Reach | Number of unique accounts that saw your post |
| Impressions | Total number of times your post was displayed |
| Engagement | Total interactions (likes, comments, shares) |
| Engagement Rate | Engagements divided by reach |
| Clicks | Number of clicks on links or media |
Date Range Selection
View analytics for different time periods:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Custom date range
Exporting Reports
Pro Feature
Report exports are available on Pro and Business plans.
Export your analytics data for reporting:
- Go to Analytics
- Select your date range
- Click Export
- Choose PDF or CSV format
- Download your report

Engagement Rate
A healthy engagement rate varies by platform:

- Go to Analytics → Audience
- View the activity chart
