Free Plan

Perfect for getting started:

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm the upgrade

Your new plan takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade

When downgrading, you may lose access to features and need to disconnect social accounts or remove team members to meet the new plan's limits.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Add a new payment method or update existing
  4. Set as default if needed

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. Click on any invoice to view or download

Invoice Details

All invoices include:

  • Invoice number
  • Your billing details
  • Our company details (Masoko Mus, KVK: 95935134)
  • VAT breakdown (if applicable)
  • Payment date and method

VAT Information

Masoko Mus is registered for VAT in the Netherlands.

  • VAT Number: NL005180629B81

For EU business customers, please provide your VAT number in your billing settings for proper invoicing.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at mail@erikmus.nl
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your request within 5 business days

FAQ

When am I charged?

You're charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free. Go to SettingsBillingSwitch to Annual.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry the payment and notify you via email. You have 7 days to update your payment method before your account is downgraded to the Free plan.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes! Contact us at mail@erikmus.nl with proof of nonprofit status for special pricing.
